After payment is confirmed, we process and dispatch the order within 7 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays applicable to the processing location.
How long does standard US shipping take?
Standard US shipping normally takes 10–15 business days after the carrier receives the parcel. Remote areas, peak periods, customs, weather, or carrier disruption may add time.
Will I receive tracking?
When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking can take time to update after the carrier accepts a parcel.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help before processing or dispatch, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact service@velnorvia.com promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and damage or discrepancy. Keep all packaging until the case is resolved.
How do returns work?
Request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Wait for written authorization and return instructions before shipping anything back. Eligibility and exclusions are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
When will I receive my refund?
After a return is received, inspected, and approved, refund processing usually takes 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
