Terms and Conditions

“Velnorvia,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Guangzhou Bishe Trading Co., Ltd. “You” refers to the customer placing or seeking to place an order.

1. Store information and eligibility

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and be legally capable of entering a purchase contract. You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized transactions.

2. Product information

We aim to present product descriptions, dimensions, materials, finishes, images, compatibility information, and availability accurately. Colors and surface appearance may vary with screens, lighting, natural material variation, and production batches. Measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances. Review product information and installation requirements before ordering.

3. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices may change before an order is placed. The checkout displays the order subtotal, shipping, taxes collected, discounts, and total before payment. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the displayed amount. Import duties or fees not collected at checkout may be the recipient's responsibility.

4. Order submission and acceptance

An order submission is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean acceptance. We may review payment, stock, address, fraud, pricing, and compliance information. The purchase is accepted when we confirm the order for fulfillment. If we cannot accept an order, we will cancel it and refund amounts captured.

5. Processing, shipping, and delivery

After payment confirmation, orders are processed and dispatched within 7 business days. Standard US transit normally takes 10–15 business days after dispatch. Timing is estimated and can be affected by carriers, customs, weather, address issues, demand, or events outside reasonable control. See the Shipping Policy for details.

6. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Contact us promptly to request a cancellation; it cannot be guaranteed after processing begins. Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days. Conditions, exclusions, costs, and claim procedures are set out in the Return & Refund Policy.

7. Installation and safe use

Lighting products must be installed and used according to product instructions, electrical ratings, building rules, and applicable safety requirements. Use a qualified electrician or other licensed professional where required. Disconnect power before installation or maintenance. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, unauthorized modification, incompatible electrical systems, misuse, or failure to follow instructions, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Errors, availability, and limits

We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, decline orders, or discontinue products. If a material error affects an accepted order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, such as reconfirmation or cancellation and refund.

9. Liability and mandatory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable from the transaction. Any limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Governing rules, severability, and changes

These terms are governed by applicable law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their place of residence. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. We may update these terms prospectively; the version in effect when an order is placed normally governs that order unless law requires otherwise.
